		<description>I've had this same problem in the past. Sometimes even broke the skin of my arm. Each time it happens, I can feel that something in the swing was going wrong and my body is trying to compensate for it. I too have noticed that the result of these shots is fair to good. I don't recall having this happen when I know that I've made a very good and properly executed swing.
